I am just going to give you three keys that God reviled to me. These three keys are to help us in our journey with Christ and to draw closer to him. Do with these as God leads you.
1. Prayer-The first thing we ever done to become a Christian, so it is VERY important.
James 5:15-16KJV
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
2. Reading the Bible-this is where the answers to life lay.
3. Fasting-requires to include the first two keys. Must be completed without desire for any profit other than to be closer to God. Fasting with alternative motives is meaningless. Instructions to fast are found in Matthew 6:16-18. Some benefits of fasting are found in Matthew 17:14-21.
